- Assisting in the preparation of the budgets;
- Performing and providing periodic financial reports and analysis to monitor data and to Identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances;
- Managing the preparation of the consolidated Financial Statement;
- Contribute to Financial Audits;
- Reviewing and setting standards;
- Create and implement internal financial and administrative policies and procedures to guarantee operational efficiency;
- Internal audits of procedures;
- Set and update a risk assessment matrix.
Il candidato prescelto
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards and processes;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Hard working and dedication;
- Problem solving, result oriented and stress management;
- Innovation and digital transformation attitude;
- Working proficiency in English.
