Il nostro clienteCompany operating in the renewable and sustainable energy sector, headquartered in Milan. It specializes in the development, design, and management of projects related to clean energy production.RuoloIn this role the candidate will be in charge of the following main activities:
- supporting the Development team during the authorization process of renewable energy (mainly photovoltaic and wind) projects, attending steering committees, drafting communications and opinions on energy law matters;
- studying and keeping up-to-date with the applicable European, national and regional regulatory framework, including administrative procedures and guidelines adopted by the Regulatory Authority for Energy and national grid operators;
- preparation, drafting and negotiation of LoI, preliminary and definitive land purchase agreements, surface and lease agreements, MoU, NDA and other sectorial contracts and legal documentation;
- coordinating the activities with external law firms and experts;
- checking the authorizations and fulfilments to be complied with to bring authorized projects to shovel ready;
- supporting other internal teams, if required.
Il candidato presceltoThe ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Law;
- At least 2 years of experience in renewable energy companies or law firms specialized in administrative and environmental law or energy law matters;
- Knowledge of civil, administrative, environmental and sectorial regulatory law;
- Languages: Italian; English (Fluent);
- Teamwork attitude;
- Place of work: Milan (Hybrid).
