Within the Tendering department of an important Oil & Gas company , the successful candidate will join the Proposal Management department:Mission:Planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the proposal specifically of O&M projects, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practicesresponsabilitÃ
- Coordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance)
- Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives
- Development of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn key EPC lump sum)
- Analyse Contract requirements and conditions in conjuction with commercial and legal functions
- Technical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub-contractors
- Ensure definition /review of the costs estimating developed by estimator
- Prepare the assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposals
- Ensure the submittal of the Proposal to the Client
esperienzada 3 a 5 annicompetenze
- 2+ years of work experience in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) sector
- Open minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner
- Communication and relational skills
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Good knowledge of Office suite, essential Word, Excel end Power Point
- Fluent in English.
