Through a strong relationship with dealers, they want to increase their share of market of an innovative segment with high perspectives of growth.RuoloThe business developer will have the following responsibilities:
- To develop and increase segment sales business, through traditional and web shop channels
- To inform factory about possible product improvements and market needs for future product development
- To prepare and to make available commercial sales material and price list.
- To make constantly Competitor’s analysis
- To provide argumentation and material for marketing newsletter and web content
- To perform Sales Training on segment products
- To maintain positive and pro-active relations with customers, dealers, and internal departments.
- To pro-actively manage relationships to resolve issues with customer, dealers and the headquarter.
- To manage and review dealer to ensure the Dealer represents the Company at a high level
Il candidato presceltoThe successful candidate should have:
- Engineer degree or technical school
- Extensive Industry experience and good understanding of Road and soil sector
- Technical knowledge of the products
- General Knowledge of construction field and machine applications
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Availability to travel for visiting customers
- Pro-active customer relations
- Management of interdepartmental relationships
- Strategic approach for developing future market potentials
